All domestic, regular orders are shipped by First Class Mail from our office within 2 business days. First Class Mail takes about 3-7 business days to most domestic destinations. This is included at no extra charge.
Orders may also be shipped by UPS (no PO Boxes) or Federal Express. All orders shipped by either UPS or Federal Express will be charged extra according to shipping zones.
Overnight service is available; please contact us for your location's rate.
Returns
halloweffects.com will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. For obvious reasons, customer errors cannot be refunded. Additionally, custom work will not be refunded. All returns must be handled through our website. Please e-mail us through the website so we can provide the customer service necessary to fulfill your request. We will have a customer service representative contact you immediately. You will be directed from that point on.
